12/12/2018 I’m extremely disappointed and confused with this practice. First, I had dental work by Dr. Polin last year and was very pleased. He was caring and did an excellent job!!! The issues are with scheduling my appointment with hygienist for a cleaning. The office has called to cancel and reschedule my appointment several times. Had a cleaning this coming Friday that was just canceled again due to an emergency which I totally understand, however, when asked if there was another hygienist who I could be re-scheduled with the answer was no. She told me they weren’t sure when they would be scheduling appointments for cleanings again. Not sure how a busy dentist practice only has one hygienist. I called back the next day to make sure they only have one hygienist and to make sure I understand them correctly and apparently they do have other hygienists so not sure why I can’t be rescheduled with one of the others at this time since the other hygienist is out until further notice. Very disappointed and frustrated and can’t seem to get a straight answer. Too bad because the dentist is excellent but I’m not going to go to two different places. Blake Hadar Google
